I bought Vitamatic Folic Acid 5 mg for my wife during her pregnancy, and it was, without a doubt, one of the best decisions we made. THIS IS ONLY MY EXPERIENCE. IM NOT A DOCTOR I've not taken it long enough to know how I like it or how my body is responding. I have something called “Burning Mouth Syndrome”. My tongue hurts. Like I burned or scalded it. But I haven’t. It’s not life threatening. But it is SUPER annoying! Apparently it is caused by Low Folic Acid. So I started taking Folic Acid 1,000 mcg everyday, kept increasing dosage till my tongue felt better. For me, it takes 6 tablets, 6,000 mcg once a day to stop my tongue from burning. A year of bliss!! But… …I was going through bottles on Amazon relatively fast. So I researched and found this product at 5 mg per tab. Just shy of the 6,000mcg I’ve been taking daily. So, it’s only been 4 days on the 5 mg once daily. My tongue hurts only a little. So I’ll add One 1,000 mcg tab tonight. And go from there. It will probs sugar off to One of the 5mg and 2 of the 1,000 mcg. Folic Acid My Doc told me any extra Folic Acid is excreted in your urine, I’d does NOT build up in your system. If this works for you and your tongue feels better, you’ve found your solution. I probs won’t update as I’m figuring I’ve got the dosage correct. If your Tongue hurts, seemingly for no reason, BMS, may be your culprit. And Folic Acid may help you, TOO!

I have to take one of these pills every day. It's nice to stock up and not worry if I will run out. I feel I can trust this company as my blood labs are looking good. My folic acid is in a good range.
