You can make Milk (dood) Kahwa with it also, Just add one tea spoon to a cup of milk and bring to the boil, don’t over boil it, just 1-2 min is enough, add sugar to taste. The spices and Safrron add good flavour and has many Health benefits. In Kashmir it’s called doud kahwa.
