Good keyboard, wireless features work well, Bluetooth features work well, very convenient I can use it on two different devices at the same time by activating the mode button keys. Rechargeable battery is questionable, not sure how long it will last without a recharge. Keys are not backlight, overall small footprint, trackpad somewhat small, battery indicator feature helpful. I would say good value for the price.

Honestly, this keyboard is one of the greatest ive had. The metal frame feels solid and has a nice sheen to it. The fact it has usb/dongle, Bluetooth 1, AND Bluetooth 2 is huge. Keys are properly spaced, trackpad is responsive-ish and normal. Charging is easy and the usb/dongle is stored on the back side — magnetized. The ONLY complaint/constructive improvement is to move the LEDs at the top (above the quick keys and trackpad) to illuminate above their respective buttons. The dongle buttons has a green light above it when used, so should BT1 and BT2. Either way, that’s just being picky.

For the most part, this keyboard works great. The only thing I don’t like is periodically the mouse pad doesn’t work (PS5). I love the design, the metal top and the option to hook to multiple devices.

Update - This is a great seller! They reached out to me and offered to replace the keyboard when I had a problem and I don't even have to send back the original. I've updated my review to reflect the excellent customer service. Mistakes are inevitable in life but how we handle them is what makes the quality of our character. Buy with confidence from these people. They'll take care if you if anything goes wrong. The keyboard is great for typing and I like the track pad a lot for when I'm composing music on piano across the room from my computer and a mouse is inconvenient. The track pad is a little small for long periods of use but it's great for when a mouse would be one too many devices taking up space. It's great if you're using a tablet or phone, for instance. The size of the track pad is a trade off between usability and form factor and I think the designers hit a sweet spot between the two. Having full sized keys to type with is more important to me than a larger track pad and the keys work well enough for my purposes to do quite a bit of typing on. If you need a keyboard with track pad built in, this is a good choice! ******* Original review The keyboard I received only works in WiFi mode. According to the Windows Bluetooth dialogue, the device pairs and connects but the PC doesn't actually receive any input from it when in bt mode. It only receives input when using the WiFi dongle. I really need the Bluetooth feature for when I'm working at a greater distance from the PC. Return on this is a pain too because I can't just drop it off at UPS. I have to find a box, package it, and print the label myself. Not a huge deal but more of a pain than I want to mess with. Disappointed all around. Other than that, it's a nice keyboard, good clicky keys, metal body, doesn't slide around on your desk. Gave two stars because it would be great if the Bluetooth option actually worked.

The Good: The keyboard is nice to type on. I like the feel of the keys. It's not too soft. The resistance is just right. It has a brushed metal (simulated) finish that I actually like There is a reasonable amount of weight to the keyboard, and it doesn't slide around. This is a FULL-SIZE KEYBOARD. I like the Bluetooth and 2.4ghz connection options. The bad: In my opinion, the product was developed (R&D) and they ran out of funds too early, so they just produced the draft they had. I have trouble maintaining a stable connection with the 2.4 GHz adapter most of the time. In most cases, you will have to rely on Bluetooth. One of my biggest gripes is that the left click key on the trackpad is defective right out of the box. It gets me tripped up when I think I clicked on something but it simply didn't work. This is extremely annoying. I believe this product could be fantastic if the manufacturer fixes a few bugs. I will contact them about the left click button to see if it is a one-off issue. In general, this isn't the worst device I've used in this category. STARS: 6/10 Moderate quality materials. There are some issues overlooked in R&D that simply cannot be ignored.

Easy setup. Quick charge. Works great with macbook air. I purchased this because my macbook air trackpad was way too sensitive (it became that way over time) and there was nothing I could do in the settings to change it. I now keep the lid closed and dock it to my monitor and use this keyboard. It's great. The keys have a really good feel. They are a bit loud, but that doesn't bother me.

Este teclado es una verguenza, acabo de mandar mi queja tambien a arteck, lo compre por segunda vez ya que la primera pense que yo tal vez le habia hecho algo y habian dejado de funcionar algunas teclas, resulta que lo compre en noviembre de 2025 el segundo y para marzo de 2026 ya tengo 3 teclas que se apretan SOLAS en conjunto con otras, lapidario... no comprare nunca mas un teclado de esta empresa. Espero que al menos tengan la decencia de responder al correl.

Im currently using this keyboard with a Mac Mini and so far its solid. Good build structure. The keys not soft touch but I like that because it will be used on the road and needs to be sturdy. The drawbacks I have are the USB port is for charging only and the doggle is a USB-A type. So if your computer doesn’t have USB -A connection, keep an adapter or a HUB around so that if it disconnects and won’t pair by means of the built in blue tooth connection, you won’t be up the creek. Also, if you are using it to set up a new Mac, you’ll need to use the USB doggle because when pairing with the built in blue tooth connection, the Mac only recognizes the mouse so you won’t be able to type in the pairing code.
