WOSS Lark's Knot Workout Handle, Made In USA

Got these to make my own suspension straps and avoid the high cost of the commercial straps. I attached these to the ends of a length of strong cord hung using a carabiner to a doorway pullup bar. Voila - easily adjustable straps with comfortable handles / foot straps for suspension exercises for about $100 less than commercial straps, which, IMO are a huge ripoff.

Wow they came quicker than it said. I bought a trx tactical and foot loops are too big for my feet so Im attaching these to my gym ring straps and now they are just perfect for the exercises I cant do with the Trx

Much sturdier than the other workout handles that came with my elastic bands. I'm not afraid to do pull-ups or other full body weight exercises with these. I haven't used the foot loops yet but will eventually.
