Calidad percibida
Siempre tuve algo de "miedo" al entrenar con bandas elásticas, no me daban sensación de seguridad. Pero he de decir que la calidad percibida de este producto es muy buena y transmite confianza, uno puede centrarse en el ejercicio sin tener la mosca detras de la oreja de si se ba a romper la banda. La resistencia de la misma la mediria como media-alta, como para hacer ejercicios de brazos con esfuerzo o como asistencia media en dominadas. De todas formas, llevo poco tiempo con ella como para ser una opinión definitiva, ya que cada tipo de goma "envejece" distinto. Un saludo

Prodotto di qualità come da descrizione. Per persone mediamente allenate palestra/workout Giallo/rosso leggero intermedio ottimi per esercizi braccia e spalle anche intensi. grigio forte ottimo stacchi da terra. nero x forte consiglio per gambe (squat).
