I’ve been using the AGARO COSMIC PLUS Sonic Electric Tooth Brush for a while now. It’s sleek, feels comfortable in hand, and gives a noticeably thorough clean compared to my old manual brush. The sonic vibrations are strong yet gentle on gums, and the battery life lasts well between charges — great for daily use or travel. After about 6 months, the power button stopped working, which was frustrating. However, the Agaro support team honored the warranty and replaced the brush with a brand-new unit without any hassle, which was a relief and speaks well to their customer service. Overall, it’s a solid electric toothbrush with good performance, and the warranty support gives extra peace of mind.

Brush is of supreme quality and cleans teeth well. Charging also lasts for more than a month. However the product stopped working after 6 months of purchase, as it was in warranty, I contacted the customer services. Brush was immediately replaced by them after checking the product via video call. Within 4 business days I received the new product. Amazing product and even better customer service.

Really good product. Perfect for the purpose with ease for daily usage. I have been using this close to an year now and charge easily lasts more than a week even now. The travel package is also neat and practical. Now, more than the product, its the service department that scores. They are brilliant in aiding the service requests. Had a recent issue and Monalisa from the support team was exceptional in handling the situation. Its heartening to see customer first approach in these days. The interaction increased my respect for this brand. Would highly recommend.

Since i have been using this brand from quiet a long time and never had a problem. Though I purchased this product again, it worked great for a month and then suddenly stopped working. I Contacted the customer support for the same and rajasri from their team was quick to come with a good solution. They sent me a replacement product just the next day after contacting them, which made me trust this brand even more. Altogether its a good product, worth buying!
