City Tote Bags Purses and Handbags for Women Causal Bag

I have always bought leather bags. But I liked what I saw and what I read, so I bought this bag because of the classy style and the right price. I need an everything bag to hold all my purse essentials plus my ever-present iPad. One bag, rather than a purse AND a case for the iPad, because I use a blind cane, and that’s taking up way too much hand-space. I tried a backpack, but I ride a handicap bus, so that was not comfortable. I tried a fanny pack plus an iPad case, but the fanny pack doesn’t hold everything I need to take with me. I don’t usually like big bags, but when things aren’t working right, I move on, and I think this will be the way to go. It holds everything and has room left over. The handles are not too long for me, and I am only 5’ 2”, so that’s always the concern with totes! These handles are the perfect length. I can carry the bag without it dragging the ground, but long enough to fit on my shoulder, too, comfortably and securely. Being legally blind, I need to be able to find my keys quickly, so I hand-sewed a length of grosgrain ribbon with a D-ring on the end to the lining, and I’m able to pull out my keys very quickly and easily. The BONUS bag that comes with this is PERFECT as my tech bag, holding a fast charger and the two charging cables I always have with me for my phone and iPad. It is more sturdy than small fabric bags, so a win-win all around! I will enjoy these bags for a long time, I believe, and if they hold up like I think they will, I know where to buy a replacement. The only thing I don’t care for is the crackly noisy lining, but maybe it will quiet down over time. That is o little importance, but after filling the bag, it is better. The zipper is smooth and feels reliable, and a necessary feature for me, as I am not the most graceful and tend to drop things that I can’t hold securely. Now that I have reduced what I carry to two instead of three, that should be much easier. A good bag is a sidekick friend, and I like this new friend very much indeed!

This purse is well made, and it looks beautiful. I love the roomy interior and there’s lots of pockets. Money very well spent. This is the second purse I have purchased from this brand, and I love both of them.

I was afraid to purchase this, quite honestly, even though I've had Montana West handbags before and they've always been well made for the price point, but some of the reviews made the bag seem absolutely awful and some of the pics made the bags look all wrinkly and cheap, but the tote that I received looks just like the picture, not wrinkly or really cheap looking. The coffee color is just a tad lighter than the pic, but not a problem. It's a rich, earthy brown and I really like it. As far as the tote itself: it is exactly what I needed, I had a high-end handbag that somebody kindly gifted to me, but it was stiff and just did not cut it. My wallet was always sticking out and I always had trouble getting items in and out. It became more of a high-end nuisance than anything else. I really needed something larger and deeper that I could put everything in and I could easily pull it out and put it back in and that's exactly what this tote bag does for me. With everything going up, at this price point, I didn't have high expectations, but for the price, it is well made. It's probably not as stiff as some would like structure-wise. It is soft, but it does have some structure to it While this is a good size tote, it's not ginormous and clunky. I think it's a perfect size. It holds everything I need, with some room to spare and it's easy to get anything I need in and out without feeling like I'll never get my hand back again, so for me, it's great. I can deal with the fact that it's not stiffer or super high-end, because I would probably pay at least three times as much, which is not necessary for my needs. I really like this bag and I will update as far as durability goes, I hope it holds up because it really works well for me. *Update*: I've been using this bag for several weeks and it has held up great. It's kind of like a pack mule for me-you name it- I put it in there and there are no signs of wear. The straps are holding up very well, no sign of the straps pulling away from the bag and the stitching is holding up well. I am super happy with this bag and I will buy more in the future.

It's very similar to one I purchased before. Slight differences. Nice color (blue), looks nice. Would rather have an OUTSIDE pocket (like my other one) rather than the small purse-like attachment. I'd drop my car keys in the outside pocket. Now I'll have to put them one of the 2 inside pockets. Safer? Probably. Convenient? Not so much. Small attached purse is not big enough for my phone case(android). Tote about 1.5 inches smaller across (width) than previous tote. Overall still a nice size tote for what I need & $20 less than I paid for the other tote. Faux leather look. Hoping it holds up thru spring & summer.

I love this purse! It is roomy and versatile. It looks good and the straps are a perfect length for a shoulder bag. Wonderful purchase!

This bag is perfect for work, very spacious and the material is perfect.

It’s cute and wasn’t too expensive. It’s nice and soft and buttery and I like the color. However it’s very floppy and soft and has absolutely zero shape to it by itself. That was a little disappointing but I really needed a bag to throw a book and some random items in last minute, so I kept it. It’s usually, it’s just not a bag with any kind of form and to me the pictures are a little misleading. I haven't gotten to use it enough to determine durability or anything yet.

This is a great bag. I’m so happy with it.! I generally carry a tiny Crossbody phone holder type purse or simply a lanyard with my phone and wallet attached to it because I hate carrying around a big purse. However, I’m in sales and I work out of my car so I often card a lot of miscellaneous stuff around in a tote I wanted to get one that looks a little more upscale and like a purse and this is it. * it’s functional - It’s a big open toe without all of the endless pockets. I can fit my purse, my tablet and a whole bunch of other necessities. It has one small zipper pocket in which I put little makeup items. It also came with a little makeup pouch that matches. And that I actually put candy lol. I rarely zip it, but the top also zips, which is nice for when I don’t want everything to fall out. I often use it for shopping as well. * it looks nice- the bag I ordered was a rich brown color with a gold Montana West logo in the front. It has a very simple classy style. * it’s very easy to carry right on my shoulder * the leather is very soft and not at all stiff, which I like. At the same time it seems super rugged to me. I’ve had my bag for 3 months now using it daily and often of using it with no signs of wearing out anytime soon * price - the price is amazing. For the quality and style of bag that you’re getting I absolutely couldn’t find a better deal. I bought my mom the same bag and she loves it

I love this bag, it has enough room for things that you need, a separate pouch to put money, or credit cards or even your phone.
