Is the foam vest removable or is it sewn on?

Hi Nick! Thanks for the inquiry. The vest is attached to the jumpsuit itself.

my son is 6'3 and is 170 will this fit?

the person who wore it is about 5'6 and about 175. it was a little long on him so it might fit ok.

My son is 6' 2" 150 lb, would the regular or plus size be best considering he is pretty tall?

My husband wore this late year he’s 5’6 size 32x32 jeans and I got him a large it was a little long but I say better bigger than too small we learned that with another costume years ago.
