Is there a glass or plexi-glass piece to place on the top of this table, that comes with this set?

No glass table top is supplied with the set.

Do the top cushions have straps to tie to the chairs and do the bottom cushions stay in place in wind?

No straps but I haven’t had an issue with any cushion blowing off the set.

Do you sell pieces separately?

Sorry! The sofa set can not be sold individually, currently, only another series of armchairs, and the love sofa and the three-seater sofa can be sold separately, if you need to have please check.

I've assembled the furniture but there are no instructions to install the clips that connect the sections. How do I get them on?

Flip 2 pieces over, place the sides in parallel alignment, then press the clip, and embed the adjacent side boards. You could also contact Customer Service for detailed instructions.
