This supplement is said to be good for the elderly. I bought it for my husband, and would most likely buy it again, if he finds it good.

I’ve been taking these Qunol Ubiquinol CoQ10 softgels daily and I’m really happy with the quality. They’re easy to swallow and I like that ubiquinol is the active form of CoQ10, especially for heart and energy support. I’ve noticed I feel more consistent energy throughout the day, and it’s reassuring to use while focusing on overall heart health. Great value for a 120-count bottle and I’ll definitely repurchase!

However, Ubiquinol can a bit pricey compared to regular CoQ10, so discussing it with your doctor can be beneficial to your needs. This is a great supplement that is easy to swallow by mouth, however, it can be a bit large for some. Always ask your doctor before deciding to start or stop any type of supplement regimen.
