Elegant. Spacious. But skewers missing though mentioned in product specifications on Amazon

Defective
Big Dent on tray ..do not order this product they are sending used or defective items.. Also the product is out of stock so they are not going to replace ..they will offer refund and refund process is going to take 7 days so total 10-15 days for nothing

Large oven could be better
The product arrived with a huge dent in the top of the body. We checked if it heated to 250 deg celsius and decided to keep it, because a lot of OTGs in the market just don't heat. It is large and lightweight. Okay for the price. Negatives to be noted... but since these are common across brands have to live with it. * no light to inform that the desired temperature is reached. * the oven takes a long time to heat. * need to invest in an in oven thermometer to prevent baking failures due to temperature issues.

Using for almost 2 years now excellent.

Letdown
The OTG itself is excellent — I love the classic look, and the temperature control is very precise. It performs really well and feels premium. However, I was disappointed with the condition it arrived in. Due to poor transportation, the OTG had several dent marks. Also, there were visible finger grease marks on the inside of the glass door, which made it look like a used product. It’s a great product, but the handling and packaging need serious improvement.

Damaged product
WORSTTTT THE OTG CAME BROKEN AND DAMAGED WE TRIED TO REFUND BUT THE APP IS SOO BUGGY IT DOESN'T LET US POST THE PIC AND WE HV CALLED THT CUSTOMER SERVICE MORE THAN 20 TIMES
