Worked just as expected with box dye. Darkened my hair that had faded over time and left it soft. For people saying it didn’t colour their hair, this is box dye. You can’t expect salon results from 6 dollar drug store product. If you have dark hair don’t expect your hair to take to any of the colours on the box. If your trying to go from dark to light go to a beauty supply store for colour and toner

I bought Garnier Nutrisse in the Espresso shade because I wanted a natural dark brown that’s easy to achieve at home.
