Perfect fit, and noticeable difference in throttle response. Old clutch pictured would require more throttle to engage due to flat spots on rollers. Very durable as im pretty rough on equipment and I've done plenty of launches, wheelies etc. Major tool needed for install is an impact. Milwaukee 3/8 did the job just fine. Will be buying a second clutch for my other gy6 150cc atv.

This variator is larger than the factory giving the belt the capacity to ride higher achieving a higher top speed without loosing acceleration. worth every penny for an inexpensive upgrade on a gy6 150. I have used 50 plus of these and never had an issue or unsatisfied customer.

Time will tell how the variator holds up but my initial experience is excellent using this variator as a performance replacement for a 161cc 1qmk gy6 fuel injected UTV engine found in a trailmaster 200EX. I also used the secondary clutch sold by the same company with the 2000 RPM lockup spring and a new gates power link belt. Whole package off Amazon cost just around $90 for these three parts and made my trailmaster a different vehicle altogether. Much better power much quieter initially all parts seem excellent.

Easy install. Best bang for your buck. I wish they came with 11 gram or any other lower gram rollers. You will need to purchase rollers if you want the best performance.

I honestly like these I've used a few and they work great. I'm amazed that they are this cheap. I had one on a race scooter it held up for the couple of races I used it for. I have this one on my daily drive so I guess we'll see how long it lasts

great durability and fits wonderfully. from research this larger disk, the more top-speed you will have because of variable size gearing. this is the largest one i could find that fits in a GY6, and i'm running 13g & 16g roller weights with 1000rpm clutch springs.

Good upgrade used old bushing to new one was long made fan hit the case gy6 short case le150 hammerhead.

The brass bushing in the middle wore out very fast. I ended up putting my old variator back on!

I like the quality however my Chinese quad is a 169cc and alot of this variator kit does not fit I used parts from my old one and the rollers and side ramp disk and old shaft from old one to make this work it seems to engage higher pulls hard less vibration 8
