How much salt is in one can of this Rugenfisch herring?

It’s not salty, but it doesn’t need salt either, I don’t like salty food so I eat it as is. It has 170mg of sodium

I am confused, is it 10 6.7 0z cans or not? Also have you resolved your shipping problems(dents,leaks !)?

I have always received 10 individual cans. Each has been is 6.7 oz. I have ordered from the seller "Brand: Rugenfisch" 10 times (over the last 5 years). I have never had an issue with one or more unusable cans. Sometimes they are slightly dented but so long as the seal is not broken they are still good. Also, somewhere in the overall process the cans must get some of the oils spilled on them because the package always seems to have a small amount of oil outside the cans. I have never found a source for these small splotches on the packaging.

What kind of speck are you looking for? Taste? Very good savory not marinated herring. No bones like large sardines. Totally worth it! Smoked and Not very oily! Pours off very well.

Is this fish packaged in oil, water or are they dry in the can?

It is packed in canola oil with natural juices from the fish.
