This product was shipped quickly, arrived in good condition... I use this product every month or so in the disposal, and I have never had any sort of odor or problem from the disposal. Pros: Shipped quickly. Small in size. Easy to use. Price is good for what it does. It does not seem to harm the disposal in any way. I have used it for years. The foam generated does get sucked back down the pipes for the most part. Cons: It foams the sink up, on both sides. Foam on the non disposal side does not get totally sucked back. Both sides of the sink need to be completely empty before use. While expected, you have to rinse the sink out when done. The cons are all to be expected. It cleans the disposal, no smells after, and once you rinse it, it is as if it was never there... So overall I am happy with it. I do the clean only just before a dishwasher run. Why? I suspect that the foam also will end up in the dishwasher drain hose, and might not be sucked down, so if I do the sink clean just before a dishwasher run, I am guaranteed to have the dishwasher drain water flush the dishwasher hose. I also use the Affresh Washer, and Dishwasher cleaners, and they work as well. I am happy with this product, and it seems to get the job done right...
