Like another level of feeling good!!
Best tea for waking up your brain! I honestly feel smarter, like parts of my brain had stopped connecting. It's instant, so add to water or anything when you need a boost. You will love the natural sweetness to it, very mild but enough to make drinking water go down easier. Mixes in quickly, I add it to black coffee because Im fasting and it cancels bitterness in coffee. 1 jar only lasts a week here because it makes you feel better, alive, clear! No more Redbull for me
I used to drink an unhealthy amount of energy drinks throughout my work week and I could feel it taking a toll on me as I found myself feeling irritable and anxious, so I decided to give Yerba Mate a try. I started out buying cans, but it was very expensive, so I got this powder instead and I truly love it! It tastes great, it’s inexpensive, and I feel just as energized without any bad side effects. Ehh, it's okay.
It's okay. I don't really notice any huge difference in energy or anything else for that matter. Taste is fine. Not sure if I will purchase again. I guess I was expecting something more out of it.
