This brand seems to be high quality and consistent from batch to batch. It's my go to selection for powdered ginger and I'll continue buying. Reasonably priced as well.

Light scent
This ginger powder is very finely ground. Be careful of the dust. Wear your mask (we all have one) when you first open it. I expected a full ginger smell. The powder does not have a heavy ginger scent. It does have a very Gingery flavor. I like it. A SMALL amount goes a long way, so don't let the light scent fool you. Good product at a reasonable price. Lats a long time.

No P65 warning label about lead on the package!
Good quality product. Pure and organic. I've noticed a few customers wrote there is P65 warning about lead. There is no P65 warning label on the package about lead in Ginger Powder. I've inspected the package a few times, no warning label about lead.
