This product does give extra energy at the beginning of use. However, after a week or 2 the effects do lessen quite a bit. Taking 6 would be way to much, I actually take 2(one in the morning, and afternoon). I maybe would take a third, if I am studying in the evening. As for "burner" effect, seems like it just maintains my current weight, maybe lost a little bit. Pros: Does if give lots of energy at the beginning. Helps with getting things done faster. Good to give you an extra boost in the morning/afternoon, and evening (3d capsules) if needed. Good idea to take with food a bagel or something Cons: Would not take 6 if caffeine sensitive. As body gets used to the ingredients, effects per capsule tappers down. You may find the need to take extra capsules. Overall: Best energy-based product, without the headaches. If you are caffeine sensitive, probably take 3 spread-out through the day. Will buy again.

Love these bad boys. The recommended dose is 3 capsules, I only take 1 in the morning, very rarely 2 if it’s a particularly crazy day, but I’m also just a naturally energetic person, so maybe others need more? It kicks in quickly, boosts my energy and positivity, enhances my workouts/runs and keeps me going through those extra busy days. Seems to have curbed my appetite a bit so I’m able to get through the day with less meaningless snacks. Sometimes I might be a little shaky in the hands but not always. Heart feels fine, doesn’t race all over or make me jittery. Does seem to interfere with falling asleep, but that’s also partly due to my late night habits. All in all, great stuff, love it, been using it for two years. **update few years later!** Still freaking love these and majorly appreciate that they’re still available and seemingly unchanged. Not taking them daily, more on an as-needed basis, and might even take a little powder out of the capsule to have a smidge less. These give such a happy, clean energy. It’s like donning a freaking superhero cape. Ya feel good and ready to take on the world. And then you do it!

This worked amazingly well and fast! I dropped 10lbs in only 3 weeks using this supplement. The only issue I had was that my mom thought I was on a controlled substance because it made me do everything fast. I was talking fast, working extremely hard and quickly, and overall moving at lightning speed. My mother asked me multiple times if I was okay and if I were on something and repeatedly told me to "slow down". I was only taking 3 capsules a day and not the recommended dosage of 6 capsules a day. I have since discontinued use not because it didn't work but because it worked entirely too well. I may try this product again in the future at only 1-2 capsules a day but it definitely works. I'd stay away from this if I had any preexisting health condition. This is the strongest energy supplement on the market I've tried.

So let me start off by saying I am no stranger to the weight loss supplement world so believe me when I say start with 1 pill!!!! I knew not to start with full recommended dosage of 3 pills twice a day so I started the morning off with 2 pills and believe me when I say I didn’t even take an afternoon dose. This sent me to the bathroom a few times, which was expected and definitely gave me the jitters. I took the pills at 6 am and it is now 5 pm and I am still not hungry at all. With all that being said it definitely does what it says it does. I will be starting the day tomorrow with 1 pill and work my way up from there!!!!!

These give me a lot of energy. I love the way they make me feel. No jitters.
