Better than expected.
Much better than expected for the price. Very easy to set up and use. Basically just plug and play. It has adaptors for mono & stereo, and 6 different channels to avoid interference. Small and light weight, very easy to wear. The rechargable batteries are an excellent feature, and as far as I can tell so far they have good battery life. The earbuds are nice too. I like the way they fit, and wrap around the top of the ear. They also sound clear and crisp. I've only tried them at practice and not as a live gig yet, but so far I'm pleased. I had initially intended to just use them for practice, but now I'm kind of anxious to use them at our next show and see how they do. Come with all the cords and tip adaptors you might need and a nice semi hardshell case for storage. Has good, clear instructions.

Perfect combination of performance and cost
My daughter has a small band....they do contemporary christian music and have been wanting to get into wireless IEMs. They have tried another brand which was honestly cheaper than this model, but it would cut out constantly and suffer interference. So far, she and her band have not experienced any issues with this model at all. In my opinion this has a solid build and performance. Perfect combination of performance and cost. The sound that comes through is very clear and robust. This unit does everything it says it does with excellence. No interference in a crowded radio space, other wireless devices for mics, guitars, in-ears, and WiFi routers. Sound is VERY clear with a little roll off on the low end, but that's fine for in ear monitoring since you'll get that low end presence from stage and FOH volume, and it's nothing some EQ management can't fix easily. I am amazed by the quality of this unit, especially by the low cost of this unit. Extremely happy with our purchase

So close to awesome
These are so very close to being incredible units. The headphones alone are really nice to listen to music with, but when attached to the receiver, it is just awful. I had two main issues. First was a high pitched tone predominantly in the left ear. It was much quieter in the right ear, but maybe that's just some hearing loss. lol. It is good to know though that at my age and having tinnitus, I can still hear some pretty high pitched tones. And, it was a totally different pitch than the ones from my tinnitus. Second, was just a white noise hissing whenever there was no signal being sent to the transmitters. So, with my tinnitus, It's like having an ocean roaring in my brain between songs. Since I wanted to use these for Mass, there is a lot of time between songs. By the next song, I felt like I had been hit by a tsunami. Taking them in and out or unplugging between songs seems like an extra step that would certainly lead to a music disaster. I'm not that good and adding complexity to the system is just an accident waiting to happen. Now, some of you may speculate that my sound system is not properly set up. And, on that you are very likely correct. I have no clue what I am doing really, I just turn knobs until something sounds good. But, all of these issues exist when the units are not even plugged into my mixing board. They exist on every single channel. So, it is definitely something with the way these are made. So if China had wanted to come up with a clever way to drive the world's musicians insane, they certainly hit the mark with these. I even had a second set sent to me to see if the first one was defective, but sadly, they both do it. I even tried each receiver with the other transmitter and it still did it. Hey, I'm an engineer, I'm going to figure out all the ways to isolate the issue and find the root cause. Which in this case is something in the electronics. I did not shut down my other electronics or wifi when testing because our church has wifi and all kinds of electronics which cannot be shut down for anyone. To me that just seems to yet another design issue. Guess I really don't need these fun little toys. Maybe if I ever get paid for a gig, I'll use the money to buy a high end set. Which by then, they should have better tech and better prices. Or maybe not. LGB!

Unreliable
Got this system along with the Xvive U4 to test out a wireless IEM solution for playing at church. The Xvive system worked perfectly. However, I could not get these to stop cutting out on me no matter which channel I'd try. Construction seems pretty flimsy in comparison as well. Comes with cheap in-ears I can do without and an unnecessarily large case that could've been made half the size. Not worth the lower price tag IMO.

Great Wireless In Ear Monitor System
I recently purchased and received the monitor kit today with some reservations as to its quality of delivering an adequate level of monitoring from my studio. To my surprise this kit exceeds my expectations. For the price level it is the best in show for this kind of equipment. Sound quality is excellent and it is a true stereo output into your headphones. I did not use the included earbuds but instead used my Audio Technica ATH-M40x headphones and the output was more than adequate to drive the headphones. The one issue I noticed immediately was a ground hum and quickly overcame that issue by lowering the volume on the receiver and increasing the output volume on the mixer headphone output where the receiver is connected. This simple adjustment was just the adjustment needed to make the output perfect. It is so good I could record the final mix from the receiver output. Well done KimaFun for filling a much needed void in wireless monitoring with ZERO latency. Playing an energetic riff on the keyboard was spot on with no noticeable latency. For anyone who needs a wireless monitoring system this is the one for you, especially if you are interested in a stereo output. There are other products on the market but the output is mono.

It works. Excellent price to value. Buy it!
Being only 1 of 2 value wireless IEM packs on the market, this and the Xvive U4. The U4 has sound quality (slightly) and build quality (given proper QC) above this product. But at twice the price? They both work just as well. If it matters, this product actually streams in stereo, whereas U4 sums to mono. I prefer stereo. Sound quality is not as clear as U4, but it’s not unusable, both aren’t fantastic. I’m guessing U4 has a better amp module. This product’s volume is controlled by buttons (+) (-) whereas the U4 has a knob. I prefer the knob, but the potentiometer on the U4 breaks up/crackles when adjusting the volume up and down. This product comes with a good deal of cables and adapters and a pretty nice carrying case compared to the little bag that they expect you to carry the U4 in. This is a good first iteration of a product. Good price to value. I cannot comment on the quality of the IEMs that this came with, as I will not be using them. If you’re not a “pro”, can’t tell the difference in sound quality, whether you use good IEMs or not, or just need to hear yourself performing. Buy this product. It’s not that expensive and it works with no discernible latency. Pros: USB C compared to U4’s Micro USB Stereo compared to U4’s Mono Price Assortment of cables and adapters IEMs/Tips included if you have none Case Obviously 1 mix per channel, but apparently one transmitter should be able to send to more (unlimited per the product page) receivers than the U4 (listed as 4 max per transmitter), on the same channel. Cons: Plastic compared to metal U4 Plastic belt clip (I hope they sell spares) Sound Quality compared to U4 (again, both not amazing) Same 6 channel 2.4Ghz (but I imagine most users will be smaller groups on smaller stages.) No AUX XLR style adapter if that’s what you need for your send. BUT this has Stereo 1/4 in and mono adapters in 1/4 in and 1/8 in options. Sooo…those should suffice most mixers or monitor outs. Otherwise, an XLR adapter would need to be purchased separately. Update (Mar 2022): I’ve had quite a bit of time with the unit now. And this thing suffers from grounding issues, especially with equipment from the stage I consistently play on. I plug the transmitter into a LiveMix iem stage unit. More often than not the sound cuts off/interfered (completely off) unless I physically make contact with my hand to the back center of the unit. Move my hand away, no sound. Touching it, sound comes back. It is intermittent and I’ve had to go without ears more times than the unit worked with our stage, with it cutting out mid song. May be an isolated issue with our stage setup, but that never happened with my U4. Minus 1 Star.

Great audio quality plug and play
Got this for my nephew, he’s 19 years old and plays in a band with his friends he said that the first setup out of the box to test, required no settings to be adjusted to work, hooked it up, powered it up, getting sound from his iPad for test, audio sounds very good quality wise, it appears to be loud enough, good spectrum of frequency response low to high, I think the durability factor will be fine. As far as distance between transmitter and and receiver, he walked about 50-60 feet away into another room with several walls between the transmitter and receiver, it was like I was standing next to the transmitter, no drops, no static, no volume or quality loss of any kind - perfect, no issues! As far as latency, he will be checking that and will update me based upon his findings. Earbuds are good quality and feel comfortable.

For what I paid, these are pretty good.
----------------------------------- Update: I've purchased 3 sets now and will update my review accordingly. The first set worked great for almost a year. Then the jack on the receiver came loose internally and is now not working. There isn't an easy way to open the unit and fix it. So pretty much useless unless I break it open. The other two sets sounded like crap right out of the box. Distorted no matter the signal level going in or out. I tried using one of the new receivers with my older transmitter and it wouldn't mate at all. The other new receiver mated fine to the old transmitter. But that receiver also had a headphone jack problem and was shorted out within 3 hrs of use. I cannot recommend these based on the quality control or the build quality. Save the money and apply to something more robust. -------------------------------- I play with a few bands and do the in-ear thing with a couple of them. Having a simple transmitter/receiver like these saves a ton of work/time moving between rehearsal spaces and gigs and I can leave my main rack mounted setup at one practice space and just use this simple set at the others and at home. When price shopping, these fit the bill for I need. Which is something to use multiple times a week and if something happens to them, I'm not out a huge investment like some of the industry standard models. The construction quality is ok. Hard plastic that I wouldn't want to drop on the cement, but they feel solid enough they wouldn't explode on impact from waist height. The sound quality is good. I've used both the supplied monitors as well as my own mid-grade. The included ear buds are more bass heavy like you'd expect from just normal ear buds. I don't mind that being a guitar player since it helps me hear the bass and kick without having to crank them up. A couple of tricks I've learned: - use the provided extension cable if possible. This can help get the transmitter out of the way of other nearby jacks. - Adjust the gain going into the transmitter to be on the higher side. The gain adjustment on the receiver is in steps and with a lower signal coming in, the steps can be rather large whereas a healthy gain coming in helps the steps be less drastic. - Lose the foam inserts in the case and use the space for all of your other small items. I've got 2 sets of wireless guitar transmitters/receivers, headphone extension cable (backup), backup ear buds, rechargeable batteries, and a usb charger and cable. Helps keep my gig bag a lot more organized than all of those as loose items.
