The gummies smell and taste good. Makes it easier to take. My hair and nails have significant growth to them. Find myself cutting my nails more often now and they are much stronger. I'm on my 5th bottle now. Worth the money.

After chemo I've been using this to help with my hair regrowth after it all fell out. My hair is growing back thicker than it was before. My nails were supposed to fall out during chemo but they didn't. I used these an nail oil. My nails are so strong now. I used to spend a fortune on acrylic nails. Now I don't need to. I like it so much I have subscribed for my daughter and I. They are a great taste. A bit of a sweet treat over boring tablets. I wish I'd taken these sooner but I didn't know much about vitamins and minerals outside the norm you learn about at school.

Tastes pleasant but is covered in sugar crystals. Slight aftertaste but not too bad. 15 calories, 4 g carbohydrates, 4 g of sugar per serve. Contains glucose syrup and sugar. Vegan friendly. It is rare to require a biotin supplement but extra biotin will pass through the system naturally. I take these gummies as part of my vitamin supplements but I'll be trying to find a sugar-free version next.

I’m taking these gummies for hair and nail support while I’m taking meda that will impact my hair and nails. To be honest I can’t tell the difference I’m not sure if my hair or nails are the worse for my meds or if better for taking the gummies. But since they can’t do any harm & hopefully doing some good. I’ll be honest they taste fantastic and with all the other meds/vitamins etc I’m taking these are the ones I’d love to take more of as they taste so nice!!
