Is there anyway to just get new combs? My dog chewed the 9/12mm?

We are sorry for that we not sale the guide combs separately now. You can also use a regular combs to set aside hair length for trimming. For get more trimming skills, you also can refer the videos on Youtube.

Can I use it for adult? Or adult’s hair are too hard to go?

Yes, you can also use it for most adult's hair. If the adult's hair is particularly hard, just trim it slowly.

Can I use this clipper during bath time?

This clipper is waterproof, it can works properly in bath time. But we don't recommend using it during bath time, Because wet hair will stick to the scalp, which is easy lead to uneven trimming. And after often use it in water,, it will also reduce the sharpness of the blade. The ideal is trimming hair before taking a bath. :)
