Replacement or after-sales support or warranty
I purchased the AGARO HD-1120 2000W AC Professional Hair Dryer about a year ago, and initially, I was quite happy with its performance. It’s powerful, dries hair quickly, and feels like a professional-grade product for home use. The build quality and design also seemed solid at first. However, after around a year of usage, the dryer suddenly stopped working, which was quite disappointing. Thankfully, I reached out to customer support, and the replacement process was smooth. I received a new unit without much hassle, which I really appreciate. While I’m satisfied with the after-sales service. Overall, it’s a good hair dryer in terms of performance, but longevity could definitely be improved. Customer support was responsive and helpful, which is a big plus.

Excellent after sales sevice - Team AGARO
Overall the product was good except the hot air option didn't work for me. When i called the customer care of Agaro they immediately booked a complaint and confirmed for product replacement. The after sales service was so good. Most of my products are from Agaro and this is the first time .facing issue with their product and was sceptical if I would get a proper response but I wasn't disappointed.. The heating capacity.
As of now Product is working well wherease it has not been used as it should be , On account of winter’s end it is off duty now. But yeah product is pretty good.

Defective product – sparking issue, replacement requested
I purchased this hair dryer recently, and within less than a month of normal use, it started showing serious issues. While using it, I noticed visible sparks inside the dryer, and it automatically shut off. After that, when I tried using it again, it would run only for a few seconds (initially around 10 seconds, now just 5 seconds) and then stop again with sparks. This is a major safety concern, so I stopped using the product completely. I have contacted customer support under warranty, and the product pickup has been scheduled for replacement. Sharing this review so other customers are aware.

Burned
I have bought the hair dryer 10 day ago. I used it 4,5 days. During my using time suddenly the hair dryer has burned inside also came bad smell from the dryer. After that, the hair dryer does not work. The product made in india also the parcel came from india by aramex. I bought it by 150 riyal. If i convert into rupi the price will be 3500 rupi. Now i knew the product has guaranty. Now take my product return.
