I was miserable. My allergies were in overdrive. My head, ears, and chest were all congested. My throat was sore from coughing. But, I had no fever nor discolored mucus that would indicate an infection. About an hour ago, I put three drops of this oil blend into steaming filtered water and inhaled, alternating between my mouth and nose. The steam alone would have helped, but I could feel the cool sensation of the eucalyptus and mint supercharging the warm steam’s work.
