Still using in our master bath new walk in shower. Always always bought one piece tubs and shower, well we didn't here on the remodel because I wasn't ripping out wall for washing machine to install one piece so 3 piece it is. Wife did the caulking because I completely suck at that. So far so goog looks and works great so far. As far as the piping shower connection it matches perfectly with color also works good for function.

Appears to be well constructed and does what I needed it to do. The opening where the shower hose/head slips into was an issue that I had with a different manufacturer, since it weakened and eventually cracked rendering it unable to hold the hose/head over time.This model from this manufacturer is sturdier and better built. Quite pleased.

Great product, seller was super helpful with the product and emailed me after I had ordered. Looks great and super easy to install, even came with the perfect amount of seal tape. Only problem was that the universal clip is narrow and barely holds the shower head we have. It’s probably just the company making their hose a little bit thicker. At least we can clip it on still if barely. Good idea to check your hose dimensions before ordering.

This is what Moen should have sent, instead of a cheap plastic piece. This was a wonderful replacement, the shower head fits, and they even included the Teflon tape!

Took about 5 minutes to install. Worked like to original.

Installation went as expected to replace a previous shower arm holder that split down the middle. Unlike the one I replaced, the Aqua Elegante seems of better quality. It doesn’t leak (have only used it for a few days, as of writing this review) and performs as expected. Seemed better than what I could find at my local big box home improvement stores that only had chrome options.

I admit to having reservations about this shower diverter. It was inexpensive and I thought that the support for the handheld sprayer would not be strong enough to hold our sprayer. And I thought that the diverter knob would be tricky and flimsy. However, the Aqua Elegante diverter installed easily and has worked perfectly for six months. The knob is easy to turn -- a little stiff, but not bad -- and it precisely cuts off the water from the main shower head to the handheld sprayer. We have occasionally used it to run both sprayers simultaneously, and that works fine, too. The loop on the end of the diverter holds our handheld sprayer perfectly, with no sign of stress or effort.This Aqua Elegante diverter was definitely a good buy and just the right product for our application.Edit: After 8 years of use, I noticed that this Aqua Elegante diverter had a crack and was leaking. Therefore, I am downrating it to 3 stars. We use this shower virtually every day, so the diverter gets a lot of use. Still, 8 years is a good amount of time, but not a great amount of time. So I am downrating it.Also, Amazon shows this part and has a "purchase this again" link. I clicked on that to get a new Aqua Elegante diverter. What I didn't realize was that the "new" part is a completely different part and not actually a diverter. As far as I can tell on Amazon, the Aqua Elegante diverter that I got 8 years ago is no longer available.
