Can you use a water pen to with these?

I bought this for my daughter, so I am not sure. But I would assume you would be able to use a water pen with these. Hopefully someone with more knowledge can answer.

One of markers was dried out upon arrival. How do I get it replaced?

I’d advise anyone against buying these. I bought them for a gift for my mother. Two of them were completely dry and another left it’s felt all over the page. Subpar

Are these markers water-based or alcohol ink?

These specific ones were water-based. However I believe they do have alcohol markers as well.

Are these acrylic pens?

No they’re ink. It says it in the description.
