These have been an amazing solution for my 88-year-old father. We have tried many pairs of hearing aids including very expensive ones. My father is 60% deaf in one ear and 40% deaf in the other. Something about this specific kind, I don't know if it's the amplifier or because we made sure to get securely fitting...ithas made these be a godsend. Hearing aids. We've had to have the volume up 3... With these we have them at a 1 and he can hear extremely well and the TV doesn't have to be blaring. I cannot explain enough the criticality of ensuring you have the correct earbud size. This is not information I understood until reading one of the notes on their description of these hearing aids. Then I did a bunch of research. THIS IS CRITICAL TO PREVENT THE SQUEALING/WHISTLING. I had never paid attention to this part of a hearing aid before. I actually looked at the size of my dad's ear hole and he needs extra large earbuds (14 mm) to fit securely within his ear. This truly is made all the difference in the world. Perhaps it would have helped on past hearing aids but we will never know because we're going to continue to invest in this very budget friendly solution. Why would we spend hundreds and thousands of dollars when we can spend less and get fabulous results? It's a little tricky to get the USB pieces into the hearing aid but once figured out... We use a rocking motion after putting one end in first... It works well. We are also very impressed that we only have to charge these once a week. We've only had these since the end of December and it is now only mid-January so don't know how long they're going to last. We're hoping they will have endurance as this brand claims, these are 5-year hearing. We were thinking even if we have to buy these twice a year, they're still cheaper than other solutions and these actually really really work! We are beyond pleased with this purchase and strongly encourage other people to try them. Very important note again. Make sure you get the right size and shape earbud to fit securely within your ear.

Very good, the battery life is very acceptable, and they work perfectly. I recommend them for people who need to use it.

Poor quality and unable to hear Voices and background noise is too loud. Very uncomfortable to wear a keep falling out of my ear. I would not recommend this product.

WE STARTED WITH HEARING AIDS PROVIDED BY THE INSURANCE PLAN WHICH WERE SUPPOSEDLY AN EXPENSIVE, HIGH QUALITY ITEM. SQUELCHING AND AN OVER ABUNDANCE OF BACKGROUND NOISE BECAME AN UNCONTROLLABLE AND UNRESOLVABLE PROBLEM. WE THEN WENT TO CUSTOM MADE HEARING AIDS FROM THE SAME SOURCE, STILL SAME PROBLEM. THEN DUE TO FRUSTRATION WE TRIED AN INEXPENSIVE HEARING "AMPLIFIER" FROM WALMART. THESE HELPED SOME AND SEEMED TO BE WORKING OUT OK BUT THEY WOULDN'T RECHARGE. SO... AFTER EXTENSIVE RESEARCH AND REVIEW READING.. WE WENT TO THIS BRAND AND SO FAR, WHILENOT COMPLETELY 100% THEY SEEM TO BE THE BEST OF WHAT WAS PREVIOUSLY TRIED. THE PROBLEM, IS NOT WITH THE APARATUS OR VENDOR.. BUT THE REALIZATION THAT THE HEARING PROBLEM IS BEYOND BEING ABLE TO BE CORRECTED AND THAT THIS IS JUST SOMETHING THAT THIS PERSON WILL JUST HAVE TO ACCEPT AND LIVE WITH. GETTING OLD AND SUSTAINING INJURY HAS CONSEQUNCES THAT SOMETIMES CANNOT BE REPAIRED. ACCORDINGLY , I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT

Its good as a tinnitus Aid, but if you want something for severe hearing loss, this may not be correct for you. I have 60-65% hearing loss from Tinnitus in my left ear, so I bought these at the suggestion of my doctor. I haven't heard this well in years

Purchased this hearing amplifier after losing my $3000 hearing aid and could not be happier. The sound quality is equal to that of the hearing aid but much better than that of the Clearon that I had before. I could not find the Clearon on Amazon after it stopped taking a charge saw these and decided to try them. The only drawback for me as that the controls are labeled N and O for the on/off and N means on and the volume control moves down to increase the volume but once I got used to that all is good. Must be a Chinese quirk. I gave these a much higher rating when I purchases them in January 2023. In March of 2023 both units malfunctioned and I reported the problem to the company. They sent 2 new ones no questions asked. Move ahead to August 5 2023 and both units will not hold a charge and have stopped working. I informed the seller and he told me they were guaranteed for 6 months. I told him that they were new in March but he said that the original order was places in January and that is the date they go by. He told me to buy a new air because I had given them such a great review and I knew what high quality they were. The second set lasted 4 months and the first set a little over 2 months. Certainly not a ringing endorsement as to the longevity of this product. My original rating as to the sound quality stands but it's a moot point if they cannot be recharged.
