It's a moment
I made iced tea with the ashwagandha tea, combined with Sleepy Time herbal and peppermint spearmint herbal tea. You can make your own recipes but this is particularly soothing and refreshing. I make a 'moment' by sipping in the evening while playing some music and pouring the tea over rose shaped artisan ice. Tea drinkers! Y'all know what I mean!

Tastes like dirt but has an effect
It's very "earthy" tasting, I call it my Dirt Tea...but I drink it because I love tea and ashwaganda is supposed to be good for many things. Does it help? Eh, not sure if it does or if it's just my own thinking, but it does have an effect. But, again, it tastes like hot dirt water though 😊

A good product
It taste fine, but I bought it more for the health than flavor. I usually like mixing it with green tea for that purpose. It makes a larger cup of tea because it comes off pretty full flavored.

ashwaganda
tastes good! kind of reminds me of sweet corn. it is my first time to try ashwaganda tea and i didn't know what to expect. i am pleasantly surprised. no negative side effects and i've steeped several bags for one large cup. nice and soothing with a pleasant, mild taste reminiscent of pop corn.
