I ordered 4 I got 1 only???

Check your order again and then if it says 4 were suppose to be ordered, I would contact Amazon Customer Service or even the seller. Never had this happen so it could have just been an accident.

Are the makeup wipes pre-moistened or can you later them up with water if you want?

The wipes are pre-moistened. The wipes already come moistened so they are ready to use for your convenience.

Are the wipes truly unscented? Are these ok for sensitive skin that would not cause stinging?

I didn’t notice a scent but I can’t speak on their use (or lack there of) when it comes to fragrance as I gave my wipes to a toddler to play with. For that, I would suggest you check the ingredient list on your package as companies can, do, and will change formulations. I do have sensitive skin and it didn’t cause any stinging for me. It’s the only wipe I’ve used that did cause redness. Honestly, I’d say just wash your face over using a wipe.
