Great quality
Canon does not provide a hood with this lens... In wildlife photography, I believe a hood is absolutely necessary. Original Canon hood is rarely available, this one from JJS is very nice, does a job at reasonable price.

I like this hood it is a nice fit for my canon RF 50mm lens. It is also easy to attach it in the reverse position if required when putting the lens away.

Good effective and well built hood, fits well to boot. There’s a slight gap right at the rim where it attached to the end of the lens but it doesn’t interfere with the shooting and it’s a fraction of the price of what an OEM one would cost.

This fits great, has a nicer inner texture to reduce reflected light, and locks in place to the end of the RF 600mm perfectly.
