The active ingredient is:white petroleum 77.4% Inactive ingredients are:lanolin, paraffin, cocoa butter, mineral oil, flavor, VP/eicosene copolymer, ethylhexyl palmitate, titanium dioxide, tribehin, vitamin E (dl-alpha tocopheryl acetate), sorbitan isostearate, sodium pyruvate, vitamin A palmitate, corn oil, cholecaliferol, palmitoyl oligopeptide. I use this every night and I think it helps.

Is this item good for cracked and fever blisters on lips?

Cracked lips - absolutely. True fever blisters are caused by a virus. This product will provide some relief but cannot be expected to 'cure' a fever blister.

Can it help age spots on face?

No. Dud! It’s a lip cream. It’s not for age spots
