High quality, high value winter cycling pants.
These are high quality well made winter pants. The fabric is nice with two zipper pockets and zipped cuffs. These really block the wind well and keep your legs warm. This pant has really improved my comfort in Winer riding without a lot of bulk. I'm5-8 and the medium size fits me well. I have had one pair for about 3 years and like new, just bought more! Excellent value.

Great for winter but not if you sweat easily
Bought these because especially during late autumn and winter I enjoy hiking and just going on trails in general. During the colder months it's even better because on more well known local trails, there aren't as many people. Tested these out yesterday and they worked great, however, being someone who is used to the cold, my legs began to sweat. Once I was headeding back to my vehicle as night fell, my legs bc of the sweat got really cold fast. These are definitely great especially in below 30 degree weather and keep you comfortable but if you sweat easily with weather falling near the single digits it's probably not a good idea to be outside for too long.

Very good, lightweight, cold weather pants
These Baleaf cold weather pants are well designed, well made and reasonably priced. The weight of the pants is very light and the choice of fabrics, along with a waffle pattern on the interior, helps maintain warmth. The fit is pretty much as expected. I chose a size small for my 5"5" 140 pound frame. The legs are slightly long, but that helps keep ankles covered when knees are bent on a bike. The rise is on the short side, which I like, but may be tight if you have other gear on underneath. The legs are not skin tight, so there is room for leggings worn underneath. The knee area is designed to allow flexibility. The waist has both elastic and a drawstring. The elastic is not especially strong, but the drawstring provides backup. Ankle zippers allow easier dressing. The logo is prominent and reflective in the front, but not as bad as some other brands. I prefer not to be a billboard. There are other reflective areas too. Overall the style is subdued enough where you don't feel like a clown. Overall, these are basic, quality pants which will keep you warm in cold temps while riding or running, and the price is very reasonable.

Great pants for winter cycling.
My first ride wearing these was in 50°F weather and my legs were hot! I think that they will be good down to 32° F and with a good quality base layer underneath perhaps down to 20° ish? I'm 5" 9" tall, 190lbs (yes, I need to shed a few pounds) waist is 36" and chest 42". I ordered a large and they are perfect. They are generously cut around the knees and well tailored overall which allows for great comfort and flexibility while peddling but with no feeling of the material binding or bunching up. However, they don't feel 'baggy' in any way at all... which is a good thing! The bottoms are comfortable around the ankles (and long enough to keep the ankles warm) but they still manage to stay away from the chain guard, which is great! I haven't tried them in the rain and so I cannot attest to how waterproof they are but I feel sure that they will be fine in a light shower or two. They seem well constructed and I would anticipate them lasting for quite a while if worn 2 - 3 times a week. There is enough cut in the back side area that allows me to wear a pair of padded chamois pants underneath them. I'm going to order a second pair. An equivalent pair of pants at a cycle store would cost 3-4 times more but certainly not 3-4 times better quality. If I haven't already mentioned it... these are comfy and warm! The down side is that I have no more excuses not to get out and cycle when it's cold LOL

If you need warmth this is it
Super warm, good for 35° and below, I've used them in 15° and my legs were not the cold parts, they don't breathe well, but I think that's why they are so warm. If you're going to use them the next day without washing them, turn them inside out to dry. Very well made and tough. The ankle zippers only give you about an inch and a half of expansion, so may not fit over shoes, but who cares?

Look nice, good insulation, stretch freely, and no risk of things falling out of your pockets.
Perfect. Whether you are running or cycling, they shield your legs and keep the heat in. They also have zippered pockets. They can stretch while you stretch without tearing, and they look nice.

Good solution for colder weather riding and other activities!
Being to hot or to cold can make a ride miserable these will help you in the cold! Outer shell blocks the wind and material is robust, inner lining keeps you warm. I would say if you have temperatures below * 40 degrees F you would be best adding long underwear. Yes I have enough room to add long underwear an continue to be comfortable. The legs are tapered nicely so no issues with getting caught in crank. Internal draw string and elastic in waist. These do not try and slide off which I hate they stay in place very well. I also purchased the TSLA offering in identical configuration and I found them to be a bit more comfortable for my liking. Nevertheless I like both and plan to ware both. * For example 40 deg F with 20 mph (wind as in riding speed)= 30 deg F. A good approximation of the wind-chill temperature can be found by multiplying the wind speed by 0.7 and then subtracting that value from the air temperature. Also calculators can be found online. They pants are also good for casual ware as well a bonus. All around good value.

Great warmth and quality- accurate sizing.
I was pleasantly surprised at the high quality of these pants. Decent stretch for easy movement. I bought them to use as shell pants over my cycling tights for winter snow riding. Comfortable enough to wear as regular warm pants for outdoor activities. Seem durable and have washed them numerous times. Had to go up a size for a better cycling fit but sizing is accurate. Don't hesitate!
