Great product and it is useful for the medium, and a long beard. The product is sealed and it has a warranty also for 3 years and an extra small comb. You won't get the desired results from the first time, but you need to use it for a longer time and more often so you can reach your goal.

I absolutely love this device. It heats up quick and it's so easy to use on the beard. Perfect for medium to long haired beards.I love not only that it straightens the hair, but how soft beard hair feels after it's straightened even without having any product in.The smaller length in bristles makes it easier to brush through the beard. I've had ones with larger faces and it was just awkward and took a lot longer to get the results I wanted.This is 100% an amazing purchase you won't regret.

I bought this more for my hair than my beard ...which is short ...but apparently too short for this brush to be effective. Which is fine. Because I bought it primarily to tame my awkward stage hair as I grow it out.This is a quality product, fit and finish are nice and the brush has a solid feel to it. The handle is rubberized and provides a comfortable grip. When you plug the brush in the temperature window shows "OFF". Push the power button for a long second until you see the default temperature (360deg) in the window. Push the button to cycle through the temperature settings. Once set, the brush heats fairly quickly.I can't comment on how it works on beards because you need at least a good inch to two inches of growth for it to work; I'm a little shy on that. For my hair, which is about 4-5 inches long, the brush works great at smoothing and taking out some excess curl and wave. As in for beards, you use the brush on dry hair. Before using it on your hair rub in a light dose of argan oil or heat protectant. The brush is just the right size making it easy to hold and maneuver and it's a good travel size as well; it comes with a storage/travel bag. The only glitch I've found is when I grab the handle it is easy to push the temperature button and raise the setting.Overall it's a nice brush that works great, no matter what head hair you use it for.

I love this Aberlite Pocket Compact beard straightener. WAY easier than a hair dryer and round comb. Be sure to use some heat resistant oil. Aberlite gave me a free small bottle of argon oil heat protector once I mailed in for it, but as I looked at their site for what that oil costs, it's like $15-$20 as I recall...a little tooooo spendy. Just use your own argon, olive oil or almond oil...or any oil that has a higher smoke point. Then after styling, use a bit of beard butter, oil or balm. Anyway, the Aberlite itself is awesome and straightens my medium and getting longer beard out with no problems. Play with it. You'll figure it out and love it too. Thank you Aberlite!
