Toshiba 24WK3C63DB 24-inch, HD Ready, Freeview Play, Smart TV, Alexa Built-in (2021 Model)

We bought this tv for our caravan and what can I say exceptional quality brand Toshiba , Picture isn’t jd but upscaled and is fantastic for the caravan ,it has umpteen channels through the caravan Ariel along with radio stations ,the ease of set up was simple easy to understand and very fast ,the tv is fairly light looks sleek modern stylish almost slimline look with the very small black colour frame ,it also has lots of apps Netflix, prime , bbc I player ,itvx to name but a few , channels lots of choice for free great overall all rounder tv ideal for caravan ,small ,bedroom , motor home , or static The tv appears bigger than its actual size due to the slimline frame ,would definitely recommend this tv and it’s cheaper than curry’s ;) buy buy buy ;)

Great little TV for the bedroom. Excellent sound and picture in my opinion & looks great too. Big TV remote control so easy to see what button does what. Freeview Play is a great addition to my viewing choice. Paid £100 for it as there was a deal on at time, absolute bargain and very pleased overall. The red light that stays on is no bother as I just place the remote in front of it when it's sleep time and it completely blocks it out.....its like it was intended to do that!!!

Great TV as a small unit for our kitchen/diner wall. Really good picture quality, sharp, good colours and good screen viewing from different angles. Lots of smart apps available. I found Deezer, BBC iplayer and Prime straight away and use these most. Things I don't like are that the back of the TV protrudes at the bottom which made it tricky to fit on the wall mount I bought. Secondly the sound isn't great, so I bought a soundbar. I was ages getting this set up and even returned one as I thought it was faulty. It turns out the TV has two HDMI in different locations and only one of them is an ARC port! I had been using the wrong one but had no idea as the TV seemed to think it was playing through the speaker - showing volume on both etc, but no sound. The soundbar with this tv is great now it's set up. Lastly the 'branded' buttons on the remote including things like 'Twitch'??? and other things I do use like 'Prime'. In my opinion it's not needed! Keep the remote simple and keep it small, don't clutter it with extra buttons, or make them customised. Overall a great TV now it's set up. I'd buy it again.

No problems with the screen quality, but I coukln't connect my headphones to the bluetooth and had to use a much better bluetooth interface I bought that plugs into the headphone socket on the TV. I've also had issues when trying to select netflix or my external blu-ray player, because it seems focused on telling me that it's not tuned to channels, even though it's connected to my ISP and all I need it for is streaming, or watching dvd or blu-ray on. It's a bit frustrating when this message is on the screen and the remote is slow or irresponsive when you press back up or exit. I've had to turn the TV off and on again so I could press the remote at just the right time, before the message appears that tells me no channels were found. Not ideal, but once I've got it switched to what I need, it does the job well and it's a great quality display. Great price too.

When buying this TV you have to keep in mind this is a budget TV… It’s made of plastic with a plastic stand. It’s only HD Ready (720p) - so it’s not even full HD. Although it’s a smart TV it’s not built on android so many apps you’d expect, including Disney plus are not available. Surprisingly it includes Alexa - which is useful if you use Alexa to control smart home devices (although it won’t work with everything)…it does have amazon music too. Personally I’ve connected a fire stick - so I have full Alexa control, plus all the apps. Setup was easy. The controller is big (great for the elderly or people prone to losing remotes). Has big bottoms too. The tv has plenty of ports including 2 hdmi, tv aerial, vga (for older pcs), av ports (the red, white, and yellow), plus a headphone jack. I bought this tv for my caravan. We wanted a small tv in the bedroom. Sound is fine, it’s bright enough, and image quality is fine. For £160 it’s a great tv. Of course if you have a bigger budget you can get better TVs. But as i stated at the start - this is a budget TV … so for caravans, kids room, office, small room etc.
