Poor product
Hot wax machine does not work. Did not heat the wax cartridge at all. After plugging it to the power supply, waited for more then 2 hours and the wax did not melt. Don't waste your time and money on this product. Unfortunately, we opened the product after expiration of is return period so couldn't return.
