You can wash the outside silk cover by hand washing with a silk or delicates detergent and cold water.
Hang dry to finish.

The description indicates that 0 min time setting will not auto turn off, but the one I got turns off after a few hours, is it defective?

If you'd like, we can send you a replacement if you contact us.

However, we do not recommend using this mask for more than an hour at a time.
We also state directly in our instructions, to NOT go to sleep with it on.
