Parts Kit DG166 Repair kit fits for Charbroil 463268606, 463268007 (Commercial), 463268008 (Commercial), and Other Gas Grills

As described! A perfect fit for our grill. Likely will add years to the grill, saving us a few hundred dollars. The porcelain grates are much better than the old cast-iron ones. Much easier to clean. Took about 15 minutes to install. Thanks!

My 15+ year old 463268007 (Commercial) grill was ready for the metal pile. When I was cleaning it, the supports that hold the burner tubes just fell out leaving four gaping holes - and the tubes were shot as well. For a little project, I got a length of 1" angle iron, cut it to length and attached to the back of the grill. The tubes fit perfectly, everything lit-up (even though the small holes on the front of the tubes are on the bottom and not the top). The grill now has some new life. The tubes are not as solid as the original brass, but for the price and the aged condition of the grill, they'll do.

I ordered these replacement parts without really checking the model numbers and it turns out the new gas tubes were not a direct replacement for my old. I had to do some custom modification to my grill to get the gas tubes to line up properly; thankfully the flavor bars and grill pieces fit perfectly. Overall I am satisfied with the quality and price of the replacement parts. Just double check the model number of your grill or you may need to do some modification as I did.

This is a perfect fit for my Char-Broil 463268007. My only complaint is that it didn't come with enough screws and washers to attach all the tube separators/tubes to the grill. It only came with 6 of each, and you need 4 for the separators and 4 for the tubes themselves. I put 4 for the tube separators and then the last 2 at each end of the tube assy. It works well enough, I likely won't notice anything. I remember when I bought this grill everyone was like "Yeah cast iron is the way to go!" Now I love me a good cast iron pan, but cast iron grills? Whole other beast and they go bad. They will last a long time but not forever because you can't ever, EVER get them properly cleaned. So I'm really glad to upgrade to ceramic coated ones that will be able to get cleaned off better. This was a really great cost-effective kit. I was thinking of junking the whole thing. This gave my grill some new life!

This kit worked great on my Charbroil Grill Model # 463268008 It was pretty easy to replace the parts except that some of my screws were rusted and didn't want to co-operate. Would have been nice to have extra screws included with the kit, but that was an issue with my grill, not the product. A+++ So far!

These parts did not fit my grill. The only parts I could use were the heat tents, unfortunately. I should have read the measurements more carefully and inspected the shape of my burners before ordering. The grill plates are a little small and aren't a great replacement for my original ones. The parts look like they're decent quality. Unfortunately, I won't be able to use them. Take your time and make sure you are getting the right parts for your grill. I ended up going to the manufacturer and found the parts I needed for just a little more than what I paid for these.

I just received this item today. My old grill parts had rusted out. Installation was easy. Nice even flame on burners. The only difficulty that I had was trying to the install the included screw into the stainless steel burner. I had to drill the hole slightly larger. Other than that, no complaints. I will post an update after I use the grill this season.

The entire kit was of better quality then the original parts. I did have to drill larger holes to fit some of the screws but that was all.
