These are great for calming effect and so good for restless nights.

Works better than I had thought!
I’ve now being using this product for three months now and it helps out anxiety a lot. I would recommend this if you are trying a alternative to meds. I must also say I am on medication so I have to be careful. But this has not affected my meds in any way. It’s definitely value for money , and I doubt I’ll change. Fast delivery too .

Menopausal women - buy this!!!
I am peri menopausal and have struggled with mood shifts. Nothing too bad but enough to make me go googling for supplements. Ashwaghanda was strongly recommended but the dosage needed to be over 1000mg. I ordered this and absolutely swear by it. I’m not exactly zen, but definitely on more of an even keel with moods and emotions. I’m on my 3rd bottle now and have no intention of ever stopping taking it.

Package says 1000mg but 1 tablet is only 100mgg??
I bought these as the proven dosage for this to actually work is 600mg and the advertisment says 1000mg but once arrived i realised one tablet is only 100mg and the package said not to take more than one a day, this is very misleading.I would have 6 a day to make it up to 600mg but the pack says DO NOT take more than one so im worried to take more.
