Manufacturing Fault
On my order left one was loose and Right one was tight, and there is no option of exchange the product, they refund the amount, marketplace fees charged, if I order again they charge again marketplace fees, if there is a manufacturing or faulty product then amazon must return the marketplace fees or else you must replace/exchange the product
