SRPG37 Watch for Men - 5 Sports - Automatic with Manual Winding Movement, Black Dial, Stainless Steel Case, Black Nylon Strap, 100m Water Resistant, and Day/Date Display

I was extremely hesitant to purchase this watch. I've been on the hunt for the perfect field watch and this got me very close to what I was looking for. The only negative about the watch for me. Is that the lume is just "okay" for my standards. I prefer watches with tritium tubes because I'm a nighttime truck driver and those are just hard to find in this style of watch. But it looks very good and is very comfortable. The 39mm case fits my 7" wrist perfectly. The visibility of the dial is very good. Easy to read at all times besides total darkness. I was really worried that it wouldn't keep time very well being an automatic movement but I am pleasantly surprised it's only 1-2 seconds slow per day. THAT is crazy. The movement has all the features you'd want in a automatic watch. Auto-winding/hand-winding and hacking. It would have been nice to see a sapphire crystal but you are getting a great quality time piece for this price point. I would not hesitate to buy this watch if you are on the fence.

2-Year Review I’ve worn this watch almost every day for nearly two years, and here’s my take: Design & Versatility: The watch face is simple, clean, and elegant. Swapping straps completely changes its look — a metal bracelet makes it dressier and works well with a suit, while a rubber strap is great if you’re active and want something more flexible. I’m not a big fan of the included NATO strap; with daily wear it tends to absorb sweat and eventually develops an odor. Readability & Lume: The dial itself looks great, but if you work nights it can be tough to read without some ambient light. The LumiBrite lume charges well in sunlight, but after a few hours in darkness it fades almost completely, which is something to keep in mind. Date/Day Feature: The day/date function works fine, but the day wheel switches between English and Spanish around midnight. For example, you’ll briefly see the Spanish day name when it transitions from Monday to Tuesday. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it can be a little annoying. Movement & Timekeeping: The movement is enjoyable — you can flip the watch over and see the rotor through the exhibition caseback, which is a nice touch. Over time, though, it drifted about 10 minutes per month for me. That’s within the normal range for this type of Seiko automatic, but still something you notice if you rely on precise timing. I'd recommend this watch. It's a great starter watch, and i personally like mine.

Great watch for a great price. And it says “made in japan” on the dial! 40mm is perfect for this watch. So far very easy to read, brushed finish to stay tougher and works great. Autos will be fast or slow regardless but this watch is simple to adjust.

Good little watch, runs a bit slow [almost a minute a day] but I thought its face was bigger...no big deal--literally. The DAY/DATE settings are easily readjusted, and it seems impervious to accidental hand/face washing-with-water splashes. Very clear face on the watch as well! I like it for outdoor yard work especially because the nylon band, unlike leather, will not be damaged. Metal bands begin to gouge my arm a bit with abrupt movements such as trimming or edging, but this band remains amiable. Never thought I'd call a watch band "amiable"--but it is for me under 'terse' circumstances! If you need a "within-20-second-accuracy" watch...maybe not a fit for you? But as is: "Close enough for gubm'nt work." -Bill

Great size, time retention after 3 days is on the second, well built, sturdy and functional, simple face makes it easy to read, and setting date and time are easy. Great value for cost. I am 6’3” 250 but have narrow wrist, so the band is a little long. Would purchase one with the watch, however, I have had to do this with all watches.

Came quicker than estimated, and is exactly what I was looking for! These days men's watches are always so big, and when you work with your hands they get in the way. This 39mm is perfect size and actually let's you flex your wrist. Pretty build quality, and cheaper than from the manufacturer. The background cat is free:)

El SRPG37 tiene un tamaño perfecto... 39mm para mi muñeca de 16cm. El color de la caja es un gris mate y la esfera negra. Al tener una correa de 20mm se hace muy versátil, pues se pueden comprar infinidad de correas de distintos materiales y colores. Un reloj con 10 de calificación para uso diario/informal. De igual manera el vendedor super recomendado.

Relógio seiko 5, com caixa de 39,4mm, tampa traseira transparente e com pulseira nato. O que eu recebi é “made in japan”, o que me deixou muito satisfeito. Este é um modelo básico, confiável e certamente durará muitos anos.
