It doesn't contain a lot of other ingredients that I don't want to ingest, and it seems to help.
I have been taking this particular glucosamine supplement for quite a while. It seems to help keep my knees in check as I ride a bike, which sometimes puts pressure on my knees.

Strange flavor/smell after 2 months.
Started with 1/day, found some relief and upped my dosage to 1am, 1pm. Great for two months. Now the pills have a strong smell/unpleasant taste. Could not find date on bottle. I have a 4 month supply left. We shall see.
