Do not expect tech support, you will only get voicemail and they will not call you back.
The tub is fantastic, things I wish the description contained: In line water heating is extremely minimal, not noticeable, not really a feature :( If you are on hot water tank expect to drain it 3 times to fill the tub (2+ hour lead time for a warm tub) Hot water on demand is necessary for this tub otherwise see above Tub will arrive with water in the tubes... A quality check happens before sending . (A+) One of the motors randomly stopped working and there is no tech support on weekends. If you leave a voicemail as that is your only option do not expect a callback .... EVER! Yes I have unplugged all 3 plugs and plugged them back in to see if it is one of the plugs is not getting power. Yes 2 of the motors consistently work. I have back jets, bubbles, and lights. The foot jets stopped working again! They randomly work! These are the most useful as the back jets require filling the entire tub. It would be great if tech support actually called you back or even answered the phone. Overall, a good tub, but you are on your own if something is defective.
