B”H Product is great- stainless steal and works great. This company takes customer satisfaction seriously. I purchased this product a year ago. The unit broke and Amazon directed me to contact the company. I contacted the company and was directed to email picture of receipt and unit. i did so, and got a reply within 24 hours that they will replace it.

Great company and customer support
I highly recommend buying a product from this company. I bought the coffee pot, it arrived quickly. The coffee pot was defective, the company reached out the next day I sent an email to them. The sent me a new pot along with an email slip to return the defective pot.. Great Customer Support ..Great communication.
