This is excellent blackout tape. Not a single LED device I have put this on has any visible glow. It is PITCH BLACK. It is quite surprising given how then the tape itself is. It is very easy to apply, works exactly as described and is VERY sticky. I have no worries of the tape falling off.

Good for the little lights on large and small appliances. Hides the light on our smoke detector, fan and humidifier. Worked great on the TV in my hotel room. I always bring some with me on my travels. Sticks well and is easy to use.

This is exactly what I needed to keep out the light! Recently diagnosed with eye cancer, I’ve been desperate to keep the sun out of my eyes because it hurts so badly and it’s terrifying. Using this and another product to blackout my windows was exactly what I needed. Functionally it does exactly what I need it to. It’s very sticky and it sticks to itself very easily and can easily get twisted around, so that’s not great but it really doesn’t matter because it does the job. If you need blackout tape, this is exactly what you are looking for, without question. I would definitely buy it again and I would definitely recommend it!

Working nights I need it dark during the day. I already had some blackout sheets duct taped to the windows with blackout curtains, but it still let enough light through the edges to be annoying. I put some of this over it and it works great. I will say though it doesn't have the strongest adhesive so the duct tape is still necessary to hold everything in place and this over it to block light.

After getting black out curtains in my room everything that had a light stuck out like a sore thumb when it came time for me to sleep. My room was a glow with the lights from the led for my computer monitor, tv, and air purifier. So I ordered this tape to try and block the light. It does a very good job on the monitor and tv led but the air purifier has a really strong light so I doubled up the tape and it now blocks that too. Be warned like any thin tape with a backing covering the adhesive it can be difficult to remove the backing to expose the adhesive. Overall the tape is great at blocking the light and you get so much.

This worked well covering up cracks from tint on a really large window. 3/5 just for ease of use. It crinkled pretty easily and was hard to make it look nice and tidy. Definitely fixed the light coming in the cracks of the window and tint.

This tape is awesome! Wish I’d discovered it earlier. It easily blacked out the annoying glow from a couple power strips in my bedroom. It doesn’t have a strong adhesive. It’s almost like it’s held on by static. So it should be easy to remove. You cut the size you want, peel off the backing and place it where you want it. I’m going to start packing some in my bag when I travel since there always seems to be little lights in the room that bother me when I’m trying to fall asleep.

This was a real bust for me! I used it around my windows to help block out the Arizona sun. Worked somewhat but took several layers. When I went to remove, it was a nightmare!!! Totally stuck to the glass & frame, came off in pieces, took a large amount of time, effort, and supplies to remove.

Every night I had a thin line of light creeping into my eye from the building across the street from me. Well no more! This went on easy as tape! It seems like a low residue material so if I need to remove it, I suspect it wont be too hard either. It is only about 2cm wide so it is perfect for blocking the small gap between the blinds and the window.
