I cut this into slices for my toothless cat, Very effective!
I waited a few weeks after administering this to my cat in order to provide a clear and useful review. My 14 year old toothless cat Teddy loves these (thank goodness!) and now comes running when he hears the bag being picked up. I cut the treat into about 9 small slices and he gobbles them right down. His younger sister (3 yrs old) always comes running at that time and wants some too, so I end up giving her something else more age appropriate for her. They both wolf their treats down and are happy, and so am I!As to the efficacy of this product for my 14 year old cat, previously he was getting stiff and groaning whenever he would get up and also whenever I would pick him up. He walked with very stiff legs. He also sometimes missed when jumping up from the floor to the couch, and pretty much stayed in one place all day. I've been giving him one treat daily (he's 9 pounds) and after a week or so, he stopped groaning when getting up from a nap or when we picked him up. He hasn't missed on a jump from the floor to the couch since about the second week, and is walking less stiffly. He's a Persian and a very, very laid back cat who was never one for running much, or doing anything particularly energetic. But the other day I heard cat feet galloping in from the kitchen to the living room (we have wood floors) where I was sitting. I assumed it was my younger cat but no, it was my 14 year old who ran into the room! Of course he laid right down and went to sleep (as he does) but it made me happy to see this improvement. My vet also is familiar with these and says she has seen good results in other cats. I will continue giving these to him as they seem to work pretty well and I am grateful for the improvement and obvious lessening of pain for him!

Supplements not booster
Been using it for 2 months. Cat refuses to eat it so I mix it with wet food. Donโt see any difference in my cat

My cat feels MUCH better eating these.
While I don't love the price, my cat is so much better after she started getting these every day. She tries to tear my hand off to get at them so no issues with flavour for her, and she's much more comfortable. She's back to grooming her back, where she has arthritis, and her limp is barely noticeable. Definitely recommend, I'll be on the lookout for a cheaper source though.

Peace of mind for me, more treats for him!
I did a lot of research before finally deciding on Glycoflex, a decision that has only been reinforced from that point onward -- including by my vet. I adopted my cat in June 2018, a 4-year-old long-haired tuxedo who had his front left leg amputated some years ago. He moves around just fine, in what I can only describe as a lope. When a cat is missing a limb more strain is being placed on the remaining joints, and I particularly worried about this in terms of him growing older or gaining weight. He's young and showed no signs of being in any pain or discomfort, but I wanted to find ways to help keep him at his happiest and healthiest.First, the taste. I haven't ventured there myself, but my kitty loves these! He hears this bag opening and comes running and eagerly yelling for me to give him one. He takes them without hesitation and practically swallows them whole in his excitement. To be fair, he's not a picky eater by any definition, and I haven't found a food yet he won't eat.Second, the ingredients. Having been a research scientist in the past myself, I immediately want to know the validity of the claims made by any supplement. Not only if the ingredients themselves were effective, but also if the individual treat had enough of each ingredient to actually have an effect. So I promptly set out to research the ingredients, and read all of the information on the VetriScience website, as well as independent studies of the individual ingredients. I'm not an expert, but I was definitely able to find more than enough evidence to make me feel confident in giving these to my cat as more than just an expensive treat.I've been giving these to my cat for a few weeks now, and I haven't seen any enormous changes in his behavior, good or bad. This is to be expected, as he had no pain/discomfort symptoms before and he can't exactly tell me if he's feeling any more subtle. But he's happy and healthy, and I feel good about supporting his joints for the long-term.
