Ok, so I don't know if it makes you look younger, all I know is I feel like a million bucks on this. I will never be without it again. I have chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia and autoimmune disorder, I'm menopausal and have a low back injury. I have a busy lifestyle and hit a point where the fatigue was killing me. If you take this as directed you should feel it immediately. I'm only on the third day and each day is better and better. My experience: more energy, brain fog clearing, memory improving, can feel circulation everywhere esp in my legs where it is the worst, less body pain. Been taking this for a week in alkaline water and sometimes coffee. It is completely tasteless and comes in a nice tinted bottle with a good dropper. Tbh I had forgotten why I originally ordered it but started taking 5-6 drops twice a day right away. I have a clean diet and take a good amount of vitamins, so maybe that's why I had no headaches. I cannot say these minerals 100% got rid of my allergies and hot flashes but there is STRONG correlation. I had morning allergies and hot flashes throughout the day and night but haven't had a single episode of either since taking this. I usually have lots of morning energy but I did have lots of energy one morning when I didn't get enough sleep. Also I do feel more hydrated. Usually when I drink a lot of water, it seems to go right through my system. I've been recommending this to everyone.

Excellent supplement

I'm not too sure about this stuff, i take it every day, whole bottle is almost gone. I've noticed no change, no helpful benefits or side effects. I don't know if i should bother buying anymore. doesn't seem to do anything

I noticed an immediate difference after taking this supplement. My mercury levels came back high, so I started using Fulvic Humic Acid. I have more energy during the day now. I'm getting my Mercury levels retested tomorrow so I'll see if it's helping!

This stuff works good and last a good while when used as directed. I use them several times a day to help with hydration and general detox to keep things flowing. Doesn't really have a taste like other brands or kinds can have a real bitter taste.
