It honestly worked great from Dec-March. Then in March it would not turn on. Battery is charged. Nothing is wrong or different. You can hear the motor trying to work but no water will come out. Too expensive for 4 months use. ***Edit to add: seller contacted me and issued a full refund. I am changing my review to reflect that they stand behind their product and I will be giving another unit a try since I did really like the product initially.

Works great and easy to use.

I purchased this product for a trip last fall. I used it during my roughly ten nights of that trip, then once more, about a month later, for a five night get away in October of last year. When I pulled it out to take on a trip last week, I charged it, to insure it was fully charged; when I tested it for use, it didn’t work properly. i reached out to the seller, and was promptly directed to someone who was incredibly helpful, and who knew the product inside and out. Long story short, they replaced my device with a new one. More importantly, they figured out what went wrong with the damaged one. If you have one of these devices, charge it only with a 5W charger. The phone charger I used fried the device. Also, these devices only need to be charged about once a month. The product is great, especially for travel outside of the US. And the customer service was beyond excellent. I recommend this product and this company without reservation.

Worked great for 2 months, then it quit working. In response, I posted a one-star review because that was an appropriate response. I didn’t ask for ANYTHING from the company. I simply publicized my dissatisfaction with the product. The company contacted me directly, delivered a genuine apology, and asked if they could make it up to me. That sort of customer service needs to be highlighted and applauded. You can’t build a perfect product but you can always work to get better. I was VERY impressed with their response. As a result, I am going to try it again, because it was AWESOME when it was working.

Customer Support from the manufacturer is stellar. Its hard to find companies that work as hard as they have toward customer satisfaction. A solid product with stellar support. Makes me wonder what else I need to buy from them. Thank you sinupulse.com for getting it done for me.

Portable and works!

It's good to use. But it stopped work right after one year warranty period this time. prior purchase before this time, stopped work around 2 years. So this product don't last. They may used cheap material.

This my third be because I have one for home one for travel and one just in case! I love this machine! It’s been life changing experience for me! My allergies are terrible and I’ve done so much better since this machine - I didn’t even know it existed but I knew I needed something other than a netti pot! You won’t be disappointed! Buy it!

After recurring sinus issues I was advised by my GP to try flushing them using a neti pot. When researching I found this and and reviews were excellent. It works well, has great battery life and comes with sachets to make up the solution with cooled, boiled water. High quality item which is worth paying extra for.

Pile of junk, stopped working after 5 months, avoid!!!!

Worked fine but didn't do anything that the cheaper models do. I get that it does this 'wave' thing but I honestly didn't notice a difference. It does clear your nose, but like I say, wish I'd got a cheaper model.
