I like it, but with a caveat. I bought this 7 months ago and work with it every day. Sound is good, function is good, and it's comfortable. However, this headset just stopped working today. It does not get at all abused. Puzzling. The microphone stopped working. I am buying another one to replace it because I like it and don't want to spend $100 on a different set. I'm hoping this next set stays working. Except for that, it's great. Quick update. I got ahold of the seller through Amazon and they are replacing the headset with no hassles. Response from Wantek was very quick and they were completely helpful. I am raising my rating to 5 stars. Great service! Thank you! I love the product and use it every day for work.

REVISED 1/12/18: Within a day of posting my original review, much to my surprise, the company contacted me apologizing for the dud and offered to send a replacement. I thought sure, why not? The new one came promptly and now I'm a happy camper. The audio is clear and volume is fantastic. The other person was able to hear me with no problems. If my company needs more hands-free headsets, we will definitely be using this company and brand. Thanks! ORIGINAL: Ordered because another employee had the mono set and loves it. Immediately after plugging into my phone there was a loud buzzing in the ear piece and then a burning plastic/wire smell from the volume control switch then no sound whatsoever. I had my co-worker plug the set into his phone and he also got the loud buzzing sound as well and was not able to hear the caller and they were not able to hear him. As a positive though, the set was very comfortable and shipping was quick.

UPDATE #2 - - So Sound is coming through both sides, however, i have gotten complaints ALL day of people not being able to hear me. :( Going to contact Wantek and let them know. I'll update with response but i have faith they will make it right. UPDATE: So Shortly after i wrote my review, Wantek contacted me via email to ask for the model number of my phone and my shipping address. Intrigued I provided both, to which I received a response that they were sending me a brand new headset free of charge with no requirements to return my original headset. I am so impressed with their customer service. I never sent them a message or complaint directly. They were in no way required to even respond to my review, but they took the initiative to make sure I was satisfied. It is very hard to find a company that will do that nowadays. The new headset came very quickly after their email and it works wonderfully with sound in BOTH ears!!!! Upgrade to 5 stars because headset works the way i wanted and their customer service team is just OUTSTANDING! Will go with Wantek with all future headset purchases. My main dislike about this headset is that i specifically purchased the one with both ears covered, however, sound only comes out of one side. Other than that, its been effective in its job. I use this for work everyday and have had no issues. I have been using it for about 6 months and its still holding up well.

Great headset! Audio is very loud! Would recommend especially if you work from home like I do. And the noise cancellation mic is AWESOME!!! My customers have no clue I work from home and cannot hear my children playing in the next room. As a matter of fact, a few customers had to tell me that they could barely hear me until I moved the mic boom in front of my mouth and then they could hear me loud and clear! Worth the money!!

The microphone sits too close to your mouth. Its hard to keep it locked into place the proper distance from your lips. Build quality is pretty good and sound quality is pretty good too. Its super cheap and does the job. Its a good headset for daily use if you don't want to spend an arm and a leg on a pair of plantronics that basically do the same thing. The pair my company gives me only has one ear piece and I like having both ears covered when I am on a phone call.

This arrived so quickly, very appreciated. The headset is very comfortable, cancels surrounding sound too. I enjoy the leatherette covers as a standard feature! Can't say how many times with other products I'd have to order separate leatherette - this was nice to just get them as standard!!! It is so lightweight, so comfortable. I'm glad they arrived so quickly too. I've been using them for several days now and look forward to getting phone calls.

I made a call and the person on the other end could not hear me, followed the troubleshooting instructions and it still didn't work. Contacted the company by the Amazon app to no evil, told to return the headset. Guess I will be shopping for another headset

I brought these a while ago and they work as expected, there is a mute button on the wire but every time you use it the person on the other side hears a click (not a deal breaker). There is also a volume wheel on the wire, but it doesn’t change much. Overall the product works, I use it every day and if I had to (and there were no cordless options that became available) I would buy it again.

It is doing what is supposed to do, as advertised. Just plug and play, comfortable, good sound and mike. Very satisfied. I wish it could come with an adapter for smart phones as one can switch this had set from office phone to mobile without changing the headset entirely. Thank you.

We bought one and then bought another a short while later. This is for use at the office. The 2 earphone model is well liked and I am told the sound quality is fantastic. We didn't want to pay for bluetooth headsets. This does the job at a tenth of the price.

Poor quality so I am unable to use it

We use these headsets mostly on InterTel 8520 and Mitel 5312 phones and they work well in a call center environment. We had a few that had issues over time and they were replaced under warranty right away. Satisfied.

Works as one would expect and is a pleasure to use at my workplace. Thanks
