I assumed the connectors would snap into the shell. wrong - they are as shown. is there a way to remove & reverse the red/black pairs?

What do you mean it's wrong. This and the QSR version are the same. If you don't like the black on the left rotate 180 degrees... Boom.

Are the individual pp shells removable from the overall housing? i need to reverse r/b pairs. (not the pins). if so, how? drill?

Need a small tool to tap out the pin in the center if the housing... Flip and reinsert pin
