This is my first experience with Punarnava tablets. I feel very blessed to have come across this Ayurvedic gem and even though I have no other brand to compare it to because it’s my first experience I will say that within three days I am experiencing many of the good benefits I read about in other reviews on this thread. I suddenly and for no apparent reason feel so much LESS PAIN in my body, notably my knees, my entire chest area, my stomach, and my feet. I thought that because it was a diuretic I might feel like I was losing important fluids but it’s the opposite I can tell it knows exactly which fluids to drain from the body that are a result of kapha imbalances and general stagnation. I feel so amazing and I feel like I have been waiting for something to do this for over a decade and didn’t know it existed the entire time! This amazing remedy is like a Jack of all trades, I can feel it helping my digestion, my breathing, and just any water retention that is causing irritability, I thought working out and various types of yoga would have helped me with these issues already but this is an inside job not something that you can achieve externally. As a disclaimer I take my Punarnava tablets together with Guggle and so I don’t know if they are more powerful together but I can say the amazing results only came after I added these Punarnava tablets.

This deserves a 5 star for quality and performance. It nearly got a 4 because it is a non-coated tablet but the price is so reasonable it took precedence between the two.

Not sure it helps, but the shape of the pill is wide and flat. I’m pretty good with pills, but this one is even hard for me to swallow without choking a little.

I am not sure but this purnanva tablets seems making me constipated. I have used purnanva tabs from made in India which was giving me laxative effect and also maley urine flow faster and stronger. Not sure why but it made feeling not good down there. It seems too strong and should be available in different strength. Also not sure if they are really using purnanva or something else.

I bought this product. I received an expired product. Not valid for use now.

Seems to help my kidney blood tests … pity it’s now out of stock and the price has nearly doubled 🙄

After switching to this brand because it was 500 mg there was no effect and I went back to the Himalaya 250 mg strength
