Prefect for anyone doing Pilates a must have book

Great starter book for Pilates
I was a little disappointed when I got this book because I was expecting it to be the version I had seen at a bookstore. This book is a condensed version of the one I wanted. However, for the price, I can't complain. Each page explains in detail how to perform the exercise and has a great visual that shows the muscles involved. It also has a DVD to go with the book. I have not watched it yet. If you are really interested in Pilates, I would recommend looking for the full version of the book.

The book is good, but the DVD just shows the positions. I thought it was an actual exercise program. Kind of disappointed in that.

We found it great for beginners!
Brilliant for total beginners as the Pictures are great at showing you which muscles you are using. We love it and follow the plans every other day, and are getting stronger and stronger all the time we can now do every single exercise! Order process was quick and easy, item arrived very quickly! I would def recommend to others!
